Recipe Idea:
Flavoured Frozen Latte.
1 scoop of Le Frappe de Monin Vanilla.
1 Espresso (30ml/1oz)
90ml (3oz) milk.
30ml (1oz) Monin syrup or 30ml (1oz) Monin sauce.
1 x 12oz glass of ice.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Recommended Monin Flavours.
Syrups: Roasted Hazelnut, Caramel, Gingerbread or Creme Brulee.
For a simple frozen latte, use 2 scoops, 1 espresso, 120ml of milk, ice & blend.
Ingredients:
Sugar, fructose, full cream milk powder, starch from maize, milk proteins, cream powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, flavours, citrus fiber, vanilla extract, stabilizer: guar gum.
