How to make authentic Taiwanese bubble tea:
(This makes one large 450ml/16fl oz cup of bubble tea)
Brew 350ml of tea (see selection on website) and leave to cool or add ice to cool.
Add 50g of green apple syrup to the cold tea and mix together or use cocktail shaker.
Add popping boba or traditional tapicoa boba (see preparation instructions below).
Add ice.
Add bamboo straw and serve.
