Description:

Inflate any tyre with this mini CO2 inflator kit in a blister pack with two 16g Co2 cartridges and a foam cover for the cartridges. Ideal for use with 12g, 16g, 25g or 38g threaded CO2 cartridges. The inflator has a Schrader thread on it and the kit also includes a Presta valve adapter. Unlike other mini inflators this one has a valve which is released by unscrewing the large red knob on the top of the inflator.

Product Information:
  • Cartridge contains freezing liquid CO2 under very high pressure. Always take care to protect your hands and direct away from your body when in use.
  • Uses Co2 which is non-flammable, non-toxic, no hydrocarbons or CFCs/HCFCs.
  • Uses standard 3/8 - 24UNF Threaded cartridges 12g, 16g, 25g and 38g.
  • Complete with 2x16g CO2 and cartridge holder.
  • Can be used to inflate all bike tyres and even motor bikes, ATVs & quad bikes.
  • Can inflate car tyres - but you'd need a dozen 16g cartridges!
  • For use with Schrader and Presta valves.

  • Directions for Use:
    1. Place black foam cover over cartridge - it is also advisable to wear gloves when using this inflator.
    2. Tighten the red knob (clockwise) to seal it. 3. Screw the cartridge clockwise into inflator and firmly hand-tighten. As the cap of the cartridge is pierced you will hear a rush of gas and a small amount may leak out.
    4. DO NOT remove cartridge until empty.
    5. Screw the inflator onto the tyre valve - for Prestavalve unscrew the nut on your tyre and make sure you are using the gold coloured thread adapter. For Schrader make sure you remove the gold Prestavalve adapter. 6. The cartridge contains freezing CO2 gas under pressure, so make sure your hands are away from the valve in case freezing gas leaks out.
    7. Once the inflator is located on the tyre valve slowly unscrew the red knob - use this to control the CO2 flow.
    8. If inflating a large tyre using multiple CO2 cartridges the tyre valve will start to freeze and could get damaged - so please allow the valve of your tyre and the inflator to unfreeze and warm up after dispensing each CO2 cartridge.
    9. DO NOT dispense upside down - the inflator must be upright and directed away from your hand and body.

    Replacing the cartridge:
    1. Check the Co2 cartridge is empty by unscrewing the red knob (anti-clockwise).
    2. Unscrew cartridge (counter-clockwise).
    3. Cartridge may be freezing cold and also may still contain freezing high pressure liquid CO2.
    3. Follow instructions above to install new cartridge.

If you are burnt by freezing CO2 you must immediately seek medical advice. A CO2 burn can cause deep tissue damage which is not immediately obvious at the time of the injury.
