Description:

This West Biking brilliant mini CO2 tyre inflator is light and easy to use. Simply screw threaded CO2 cartridges (NOT INCLUDE) into the mini inflator and screw onto the tyre valve and turn the lever to release gas. Works with Schrader and Presta valves without needing an adapter. Uses standard 3/8inch-24UNF threaded Co2 cartridges (12g, 16g, 25g or 38g).

What you get:
  • West Biking mini CO2 tyre inflator.
  • 1 x red foam sleeve.

  • Product Information:
  • CO2 cartridges contain freezing liquid CO2 under very high pressure.
  • Always take care to protect your hands and direct away from your body when in use.
  • Uses standard 3/8inch-24UNF threaded CO2 cartridges 12g, 16g, 25g or 38g.
  • Can be used to inflate all bike tyres and even motor bikes, ATVs & quad bikes.
  • Can inflate car tyres - but you'll need a dozen 16g cartridges!

  • Directions for Use:
    1. Place foam sleeve over CO2 cartridge.
    2. Screw the CO2 cartridge clockwise into inflator and firmly hand-tighten. As the cap of the CO2 cartridge is pierced you will hear a rush of gas and a small amount may leak out.
    3. DO NOT remove CO2 cartridge until empty.
    4. PUSH the inflator onto the valve but do not press the inflator against the rim of the wheel until you are ready to inflate.
    5. Once the inflator is located on the tyre valve turn the leaver anti-clockwise to release the gas.
    6. Cartridges contain freezing CO2 gas under pressure, so push onto the tyre gently at first.
    7. If inflating a large tyre using multiple CO2 cartridges the tyre valve will start to freeze and could get damaged - so please allow the valve of your tyre and the inflator to unfreeze and warm up after dispensing each CO2 cartridge.
    8. DO NOT dispense upside down - the inflator must be upright and directed away from your hand and body.

    Replacing the Cartridge:
    1. Turn the lever anticlockwise to release any remaining gas.
    2. Unscrew cartridge (counter-clockwise).
    3. Cartridges may be freezing cold and also may still contain freezing high pressure liquid CO2.
    3. Follow instructions above to install new cartridges.
